So today was the first graduation meeting. GASP! Its only October! But we have to start planning ahead of time so we don't have to work till the last minute; so we can breathe for heaven's sake! [I never would have thought of that hehehe....] Anyway, so we talked about what we all have to do, and I thought maybe I should start on my slideshow. For those of you who have never experienced a home-school graduation, I'll explain things a little bit. All the home school seniors in the group get together to plan their graduation, my class is about ten or so people, probably eight of us will go for the big ceremony, me included. We walk in to pomp and circumstance like any normal graduation, but then each person gets to do whatever they want really, for a bit, and then their parents present them with their diploma. Usually, the student prepares a picture slideshow and then either gives a speech or preforms a song or something. So today I started scanning my baby pictures onto the computer to put into my slideshow. A long story I know, but you'd be surprised how many people don't know homeschoolers even have graduations.
